Paradise Awaits in RavenQuest Munk Madness

RavenQuest Munk Madness

A New Wave of Festivities Lands in Ravencrest

Get ready, adventurers — RavenQuest is about to get wild. The upcoming Munk Madness expansion launches on November 22, inviting players into a festive carnival filled with luck, laughter, and chaos. Expect new pets, a reworked PvP system, and a vibrant celebration unlike anything the world of Ravencrest has seen before.

This is not just another update — Munk Madness blends fun mini-games, high-stakes betting, and intense guild warfare into one seamless experience, perfectly reflecting why blockchain games are redefining the MMORPG landscape.

What Is RavenQuest?

If you haven’t stepped into the world of RavenQuest yet, it’s time to grab your sword (or wand) and dive in. Released globally on March 14, this free-to-play sandbox MMORPG runs on the Immutable Chain and serves as the Web3 evolution of Ravendawn Online.

The game merges nostalgic pixel-art visuals with deep MMO systems — crafting, combat, trading, and exploration — all powered by blockchain ownership. That means your land, gear, and resources are truly yours as on-chain digital assets.

Available on its official launcher and the Epic Games Store, RavenQuest continues to grow its world of Ravencrest, with a mobile version already in development. The upcoming Munk Madness expansion is set to be one of its most significant milestones yet.

Welcome to the Munk Carnival

When Munk Madness launches, players will gain access to the Munk Carnival, a dazzling new in-game festival teeming with games, prizes, and colorful chaos. Initially tested in October for Landowners, this time the gates will open to everyone.

Accessed through the Root Portal in Ravencrest, the Carnival is a social hub where players can relax, bet, and celebrate. There are no level requirements — just bring some Silver or Lucky Coins to exchange for Carnival Chips, the main currency of the event.

Win or lose, participants earn Carnival Stubs or Lucky Stubs, which can be traded in for spins on the Fortune Wheel. It’s a system designed for both thrill-seekers and collectors who love a good challenge.

Moa Racing, Lucky Raffles, and Fortune Wheels

The Munk Carnival isn’t short on entertainment. Three main attractions promise endless excitement — and, of course, rewards.

Moa Racing: Bet on the Wildest Birds in Town

Every two minutes, six eccentric Moa creatures dash across the track in a burst of feathers and unpredictability. Place your bets through the Munk Bookie using Carnival Chips or Lucky Chips, and watch the chaos unfold.

Each race is a rollercoaster — Moas stumble, surge ahead, or stage hilarious comebacks. Only one bird takes the crown, and the suspense keeps players coming back for more.

The Lucky Raffle: Cornelius Goldwhisker’s Grand Show

Every 72 hours, the flamboyant Cornelius Goldwhisker hosts the Lucky Raffle. Players buy tickets using Carnival Chips, each ticket boosting their odds of scoring the grand prize — rare cosmetics, valuable items, or unique Carnival collectibles.

Once the draw ends, the board resets, and the excitement begins anew.

The Fortune Wheel: Spin for Glory

For those who love the thrill of the spin, the Fortune Wheel delivers. Trade in your Stubs for a chance to win everything from consumables to exclusive pet companions. There are two types of wheels — one for Carnival Stubs and another for Lucky Stubs — and both can also be spun with Lucky Coins.

It’s a pure test of luck, and some spins might just make you the envy of Ravencrest.

Currency, Leaderboards, and the King’s Gambit

Munk Madness introduces two new currencies — Carnival Chips and Lucky Chips — that fuel the entire event. These tokens can be earned, exchanged, or spent across the Carnival’s attractions.

For the most dedicated gamblers, there’s even a leaderboard tracking total Lucky Chips wagered. The top-ranking players will claim the prestigious King’s Gambit Adornment, a gleaming crown symbolizing mastery over chance itself.

In a world where fortune favors the bold, this is one title worth chasing.

PvP Overhaul: Guild Wars and Monoliths Return

While the Carnival delivers fun and festivities, Munk Madness also packs a serious punch for PvP enthusiasts. A massive Guild versus Guild (GvG) and open-world PvP overhaul is on the way.

The centerpiece of this update is the Open World PvP Monolith — a new system allowing players to battle over strategic zones and valuable rewards. Though details remain under wraps, the developers promise better combat balance, fairer matchmaking, and more intense guild warfare.

PvP has always been a cornerstone of RavenQuest, and this expansion is poised to take it to a whole new level.

Pets and High-Stakes Adventures Await

Adventurers can now look forward to pets joining them on their journeys through Ravencrest. Whether these companions provide buffs or remain purely cosmetic is still a mystery — but they’re tied directly to the Carnival and Fortune Wheel rewards.

Beyond the festive fun, Munk Madness also introduces harder PvE challenges in Expeditions and Aether Echoes, giving risk-takers new ways to test their mettle. These updates include a high-stakes system with bigger risks, higher difficulty, and more lucrative rewards.

And yes — expect a major balance patch, including tweaks to classes, items, and combat mechanics that will shape both PvE and PvP gameplay.

Seasonal Mounts and the Road Ahead

No carnival would be complete without some stylish flair. The Munk Madness update brings themed mounts that fit the festive aesthetic, letting players ride in style as they celebrate.

The expansion also follows on the heels of RavenQuest’s Harvest Eve Halloween event, which wraps up on November 13 with double XP and limited-time loot — just in time for the Carnival gates to swing open.

The official trailer is already live, offering a glimpse of the colorful festivities and chaotic fun ahead.

Why Munk Madness Matters for Blockchain Gaming

RavenQuest’s Munk Madness is more than a holiday expansion — it’s a clear example of how blockchain games are evolving. It merges traditional MMO content with blockchain-powered ownership, giving players freedom, incentives, and a sense of real-world value.

With its mix of competitive PvP, collectible pets, and community-driven events, Munk Madness proves that Web3 gaming isn’t just about tokens — it’s about creating living worlds that belong to the players themselves.
