Chainers Evolved Swarm Brings Epic Bees

Chainers is giving its growing animal system another upgrade with Evolved Swarm, a four-day progression event running from August 17 through August 20, 2026. The limited-time event builds directly on the bee content introduced earlier this month, giving players another reason to return to their farms and push through a fresh progression track.
This time, the spotlight is firmly on Epic Royal Bees, but there is much more to chase. Players can also discover Rare and Epic Bee Food, unlock an Epic Pool Plot recipe, complete event missions, and take advantage of limited Hot Deals.
For anyone following the evolution of blockchain games, Chainers offers an interesting example of how blockchain gaming can blend traditional farming mechanics with player-owned assets and reward systems.
Evolved Swarm Continues the Bee Story
Evolved Swarm is not arriving out of nowhere. It follows Survivor Swarm, an August 6–9 event that introduced bees as a new animal type in Chainers.
Before that update, insects already played a role in the game's economy. Players could use them to produce honey for NPC orders, but they were primarily treated as resources. Survivor Swarm changed that relationship by making bees something players could own, develop, and use to increase their contribution to the game's reward system.
Now, Evolved Swarm continues that storyline.
The game's developers have teased that something hidden has awakened and that evolution has begun. With the event pointing toward more content beyond August 20, the bee system could become an increasingly important part of the Chainers experience.
Epic Royal Bees Are the Main Prize
The biggest attraction is undoubtedly the Epic Royal Bees.
In Chainers, animals are far more than decorative additions to a virtual farm. They contribute to the game's biopoints system, which plays a role in determining a player's position within Reward Pool distributions.
That makes animal rarity particularly important. Higher-rarity animals provide greater contributions, meaning an Epic Royal Bee can have a practical impact on a player's long-term progression and earning potential.
The limited event therefore gives players something considerably more valuable than a temporary cosmetic reward. Once claimed, the Royal Bees remain attached to the player's account after Evolved Swarm ends.
New Bee Food Adds More Depth
The arrival of Rare and Epic Bee Food also makes sense alongside the Royal Bees.
Animals need to be fed and maintained, so introducing higher-tier food at the same time as a high-tier animal gives players a more complete progression package. Instead of simply claiming a powerful bee and moving on, players have new resources that support the animal system around it.
For dedicated farmers, this creates another layer of resource management. Deciding where to spend valuable food and how to maximize the output of higher-rarity animals becomes part of the broader strategy.
The Epic Pool Plot Gives Players a New Goal
Not every Evolved Swarm reward is focused on animals.
Players can also work toward a new Epic Pool Plot recipe, adding another construction objective to the event. Plots are an important part of Chainers because they represent the physical infrastructure of a player's land.
An Epic-tier recipe gives established players another long-term project to pursue. It also helps connect the event's temporary progression system with the game's persistent farming and land-development mechanics.
Meanwhile, Hot Deals provide a more immediate option for players who want to pick up limited-time items from the storefront before the event closes.
How the Progression System Works
Evolved Swarm follows the familiar structure used in several recent Chainers events.
A dedicated progression track presents themed objectives that become more demanding as players advance. The strongest rewards are positioned toward the upper end of the track, encouraging players to stay active throughout the event rather than completing only a handful of tasks.
There is also a mission system featuring daily and weekly objectives. These missions are particularly important because their rewards can expire if players fail to claim them in time.
That makes timing essential. With the entire event lasting only four days, players should keep an eye on available missions rather than waiting until the final hours.
Where Chainers Fits Into Blockchain Gaming
Underneath its farming and MMO mechanics, Chainers is designed as a browser-based virtual world developed by 51 Games. The game operates on Immutable X, following an integration completed in September 2025.
One of its notable features is its accessibility. Players do not need to begin with a crypto wallet. One-click onboarding through services such as Google, Facebook, or X removes one of the traditional barriers associated with blockchain games.
The core gameplay loop revolves around:
Growing crops on personal farms
Raising and feeding animals
Crafting goods
Developing land
Trading harvested resources
Increasing contributions to Reward Pools
That combination allows Chainers to introduce blockchain-related ownership and rewards without making crypto mechanics the first thing a new player encounters.
CFB, CHU and the Reward Pool Economy
The game's economy is built around several interconnected systems.
CFB currently acts as the soft currency used for farming, crafting, upgrades, and other activities. Reward Pool payouts can be denominated in CFB, POL, and BNB, with individual rewards determined by player contribution rather than a single fixed rate.
A recent economic rework also introduced Tier 4 and increased daily payouts across the tier system. Tier 1 daily payouts, for example, were raised from 750 to 3,000 CFB.
Meanwhile, CHU is intended to become the ecosystem token, although its launch has been delayed. 51 Games is targeting the third quarter of 2026 for the token generation event, after which CFB is expected to convert into CHU.
These systems help explain why events such as Evolved Swarm matter beyond their headline rewards. New animals, food, recipes, and progression mechanics can all feed into the wider economic loop.
More Changes Are Making Progression Easier
Evolved Swarm also arrives as Chainers continues to remove some of the friction from progression.
Recent updates include Season Pass V2, which accelerates advancement through the pass, and a Reclaim Everything option that makes collecting outstanding rewards easier. The previous level 28 cap has also been removed.
Together, these changes give experienced players more room to progress while making the overall experience less restrictive.
Chainers has also expanded its relationship with Immutable through campaigns outside the core game. One social-quest leaderboard campaign attracted around 25,000 participants competing for 5,000 USDT and 50,000 CFB.
Should Players Join Evolved Swarm?
For active Chainers players, Evolved Swarm is difficult to ignore. The event combines a high-rarity animal, useful food items, a new construction recipe, and limited-time missions into a short progression window.
The most important thing is the deadline: Evolved Swarm ends on August 20. Players who want the Epic Royal Bees and other event rewards should make sure they complete the available objectives and claim their rewards before the event disappears.
More importantly, the event shows how Chainers is gradually expanding its animal mechanics. Bees went from being an economic resource to becoming player-owned animals in just a few weeks, and Evolved Swarm is already building on that foundation.
If the developers' hints are anything to go by, the swarm may only be the beginning.
