Pegaxy

Pegaxy is a play-to-earn, PVP-style horse racing game where players compete against 14 other racers to earn the platform's utility token, VIS (Vigorus). Each race has randomized elemental variables, such as wind, water, fire, and speed, which players must strategically navigate using upgrades, food, and skills to place in the top three spots.

In Pegaxy, players can purchase or rent a single Pega, the game's horse-like creatures, from the marketplace. They can then enter any race for free and compete against other players for top placement. Those who place in the top three earn VIS tokens, which can be used to breed, merge, rent, sell, and race Pegaxy, as well as participate in tournaments and collect rare "Founding" and "Crowned" Pega for marketplace resale.

The game's initial sale of 5,000 Founding Pega occurred in October 2021, and the PGX launch via IDO took place in November. The game is built on the Polygon/Matic Layer 2 Solution and utilizes a dual-token economic model, with PGX as the governance token and VIS as the utility token.

In Pegaxy, players can earn by racing their Pega in PVP mode, selling high-performing or newly-born Pega on the marketplace, renting out their Pega in the rental marketplace for a share of racing profit or fixed-term rental, participating in leaderboard tournaments, and competing in Pegaxy's global competition, "The Grand Dash," which awards generous PGX rewards to the top 15 racers.
